Tips and Considerations

You’ll need to have a level and easy to access space roughly the same size of the dumpster ready upon delivery. If you have multiple dumpsters and choose to designate a clean load dumpster for recyclables, you can usually get a better rate. Make sure you add about 8ft of clearance to open the doors on the rear of the dumpster. Keep the roll-off dumpster covered with a tarp when it’s not in use. Rain and snow will saturate debris and add weight which could push you over the allowed weight threshold. It also discourages people from using it as a personal dumpster.
